The Kona beach houses are adjacent beach homes on Alii Drive in Kona, Hawai'i. The Historic Plantation Manager's Beach Home is a four bedroom, four bathroom home with a living room and indoor and outdoor covered lanais. The Seaside Zen Cottage next door is a three bedroom, three bathroom home with a living dining room and an outdoor covered lanai.
The houses are sited on more than an acre of grounds landscaped with native and endemic Hawaiian plants. In front of the homes is a picturesque point with striking view of the Kona Coast as well as our three beaches and the lagoon. The site is ideal for weddings of 100 people or less. Recently, Dylan and Katie were married here. They invited 100 guests who were seated on the point for the ceremony. Cocktails were at the Seaside Zen Cottage next door, and dinner and dancing was in the front yard of the Historic Plantation Manager's Beach House. They ordered a tent to make sure that it didn't rain (it didn't) and a dance floor. Dylan and Katie booked the brand new Body Glove boat for the rehearsal dinner and were rewarded with an entourage of dolphins and whales who accompanied the sunset cruise. Friends came from all over the United States. They all said. "It was the best wedding ever!"
