Immediately outside the kitchen is a gas grill. You can buy freshly caught fish at KTA in Kailua (just off Palani Road) or the Keauhou Shopping Center. Organic fruit and veggies are available at the farmers' market in Kailua, KTA, or at the health food stores in Kailua and the Keauhou Shopping Center. We like to eat al fresco on the picnic table. Our favorite meal is grilled fresh (caught that day) ahi, ono or mahi mahi, an organic garden salad and brown rice.
