Policy
If you are interested in reserving the Historic Plantation Manager's House, please provide the following information
- Names, address, phone, fax, and email
- The exact dates of your desired stay. (check-in 3pm and check-out is 11am)
- Number of people in your party
- Any special needs
To secure your booking, once a Rental Agreement has been approved by all parties
- Sign the Rental Agreement. Keep a copy for your records and send one back, preferably by fax
- Write a check for your security deposit made payable to:

- Final payment will be due 60 days before arrival.
After all payments have been received, you will receive a confirmation
letter and directions to the house.

Security Deposits
Security deposits tell us that you are serious and interested
in renting the property and they allow us to deduct for possible damages that
might occur during your stay. Deposits are refundable within 14 days of your departure.
Refunds
When a cancellation becomes necessary, we will make every effort to find a guest for the period that you have reserved. If you have a friend or relative who might be interested, we will be happy to work with them in your stead. - When a cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival, your security deposit will be returned and there will be no additional charge. -If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 60 days of your scheduled arrival, we will return your security deposit. Any portion of the total rental charge that we are able to recover by renting to another guest will also be returned. -If the cancellation occurs within 30 days of your scheduled arrival you will forfeit your security deposit. Any portion of your total rental charge that we are able to recover by renting to another guest will be returned to you. -No fees or deposits will be returned for failure to arrive for a confirmed reservation. |
