White Sands Beach Park is a popular boogie-boarding and volleyball beach. Ian spent a great deal of his youth bodysurfing and lifeguarding here. The sand is crystal white, perfect for lying out in the sun and reading a book. White Sands Beach is also named Magic Sands.

During periods of high swells, the water will wash all of the sand away, only to have it magically return the next day. The park has showers, restrooms, and a lifeguard on duty.
